TBG invests in emerging private companies conducting business domestically and internationally. We invest through a combination of debt and equity on a situation specific basis. Our investment mandate focuses heavily on facilitating the growth of minority and woman-owned business enterprises. We partner with companies creating a social impact that we can enhance with our passion and resources.
PIPEs
Numerous new challenges face small public companies today. Increases in regulation and onerous restrictions on retail investing accounts at larger banks, have led to increased compliance and reporting costs, and less access to capital, for small growing companies – crippling the most important driver of economic growth and innovation. Here at The Brewer Group, we are committed to finding a way to help these promising companies in today’s challenging environment. We use a combination of traditional and structured PIPEs to meet the funding needs of companies on a situation by situation basis. We focus primarily on companies who are making a positive social impact.
