There has been plenty of deserved outrage over allegations thatMiami Dolphins offensive lineman Richie Incognito bullied teammate Jonathan Martin.
It appears that Incognito, who has been suspended by the team, crossed the line from the typical hazing of a young player to something more diabolical when he allegedly left Martin a voicemail that included threats and racial slurs.
Insults and smears over race, gender, sexuality and other issues shouldn't be tolerated in the NFL or any workplace.
