Youth Pro Fitness invites Twin Cities kids to the FREE YoPro Fitness Assessment Day powered by Sport
MINNEAPOLIS, June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Youth Pro Fitness & Nutrition (YoPro), is a mobile organization dedicated to providing children with skills and knowledge to live healthy lifestyles. YoPro's mission is accomplished through structured fitness workouts and a kid-friendly nutritional curriculum. Founder/CEO EJ Henderson and the YoPro Team invite Twin Cities youths to participate in the YoPro Fitness Assessment Day sponsored by Scheels, OSR Physical Therapy, Jackson Medical Equipment, and Kowalski's.
Join Youth Pro Fitness & Sports Testing as we give baseline fitness assessments to 125 Twin Cities youths. YoPro will measure results with state-of-the-art technology to objectively quantify and house the physical testing metrics for individual participants. Each participant will earn a YoPro-Fit Score by completing various fitness drills, timed 10-yard sprints, vertical hops, and shuttle runs.
Participants will get a photo and autograph from former MN Viking, All-Pro Linebacker, EJ Henderson, along with a healthy snack and water.
