Taher, Inc., The Sanneh Foundation and JBF Worldwide Partner Together To Provide Thanksgiving Meal K
Taher, Inc. (Taher), The Sanneh Foundation, and The Jack Brewer Foundation (JBF Worldwide) have partnered together to help families in need. This Thanksgiving, they will help donate food to nearly 100 families in St. Paul who may otherwise be unable to enjoy a holiday meal.
Last year, inspired by many, Taher donated food kits to nearly 1800 people. Each kit feeds 4 people – including turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberries, dinner rolls, and pumpkin pie. The Sanneh Foundation and JBF Worldwide worked with the city of St. Paul to organize a donation event this evening from 5:00-8:00pm at Conway Recreation Center in St Paul.
“As we prepare to celebrate the Holidays this year, our family recounts the many blessings, phone calls, and selfless emails that we received during a family illness a few years ago. These past two years have brought a heightened sense of gratitude, humility, and service to our family – blessed from various forms of support – we found ourselves wanting to give in our own way,” says Shawn Taher, Vice President of Taher, Inc. “Food connects people and is the foundation in our lives. As we share meals with others, our relationships grow – each meal providing hope and togetherness during difficult times.”
This event was made possible due to Taher’s generous donation of Thanksgiving meal kits. The Jack Brewer Foundation and The Sanneh Foundation continue to implement multiple programs and initiatives worldwide.
