Minneapolis, MN - July 17, 2015 - The Minority Business Development Institute (MBDI) and The Jack Brewer Foundation are pleased to announce that Jack Brewer, Founder and CEO of The Brewer Group, will attend the Second Annual Golf Outing to be held on Monday July 20th at the Wild Turkey Golf Club at the Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ.

The Second Annual Golf Outing is an opportunity to play on one of New Jersey’s top new public courses, as named by the NJGCOA, and through sponsorships, support MBDI’s mission to “assist the minority, women, veteran and disadvantaged contractor and developer populations to develop socio-economic parity by addressing business issues that create barriers to success.

The Outing will also feature Ambassador Jack Brewer presenting two students with the MBDI Athletes Mean Business Scholarship award, which goes to student athletes who illustrate a compelling desire to pursue higher education in spite of having confronted personal setbacks, and have overcame those to learn a trade and/or go to college and make positive contributions to their local and global communities.

Jack Brewer says, “The Minority Business Development Institute’s mission so closely fits with The Brewer Group’s own values that I am honored to not only attend the golf outing but to be allowed to present such important scholarships to two incredible recipients.”

During the Outing non-golfers will also be able to treat themselves at Crystal Springs Resort, which features the Reflections Spa at Grand Cascades Lodge where attendants can enjoy massages, a wine cellar tour, and much more.
